Will Addo – Founder & President
Will Addo is the visionary behind Smart Step Inc., bringing over 20 years of experience as a real estate investor and community advocate. Born and raised in Brooklyn by Ghanaian parents, Will has always been passionate about creating opportunities for underserved communities. As the Founder of Stable Capital Inc., a private equity firm, and Local Evictions LLC, Will leverages his expertise to guide Smart Step Inc. in its mission to provide affordable housing, financial literacy, and homeownership initiatives. A dedicated husband and father of four, Will is deeply committed to leaving a lasting legacy of hope and empowerment.
Dave Blackstock – Vice President
With decades of leadership experience in the real estate and finance industries, Dave Blackstock serves as Vice President of Smart Step Inc. His strategic mindset and expertise in property management and financial planning have been instrumental in shaping the organization’s initiatives. Dave is a firm believer in giving back to the community and works tirelessly to ensure that Smart Step Inc.’s programs are impactful and sustainable.
Tracey Addo – Secretary
As Secretary of Smart Step Inc., Tracey Addo is the heart of the organization’s operations. Her background in project management and community outreach ensures that the nonprofit’s goals are met efficiently and effectively. Tracey is passionate about empowering families, particularly women and children, to build brighter futures through education and stability. Her attention to detail and dedication to the mission make her an invaluable part of the team.
