Our office is not a walk-in service and our homes are people's homes — please do not turn up at a residence. Write or call first and we will arrange a time.
What to expect when you write
A person reads it. Bebe Gonzalez handles intake, so if you have applied or referred someone, that is likely who you will hear from. If you have not heard back and time matters, write again and say so — we would rather get a second message than miss you.
If you are asking about a specific person, we cannot tell you anything about them without their signed, dated release. That is not us being difficult; it is the rule that makes it safe for people to come here at all.
